Four years - and a living archive of fortnightly inner work on healing, self-inquiry, and the quiet journey of coming home to yourself.
Every two weeks, a community of 700 people gathers online to do something that is genuinely difficult to do alone — to slow down, turn inward, and meet whatever has been quietly waiting there. People join from across the world, at every stage of their healing journey. Some have been here since the beginning. Some arrived this month. What brings them is almost always the same: the sense that they have tried many things, and something here is different.
Each session begins with teaching — direct, grounded, free of clinical distance — then moves into guided inner work, and closes with open reflection and questions from the group. The topics have moved through abandonment, shame, the inner child, grief, anxiety, rejection, loneliness, burnout, and the quiet patterns that repeat without explanation. None of it is theoretical. Every session is shaped by real questions from real people in the middle of their own healing journeys.
“These sessions gradually cleared the path to clarity and sanity I imagined but thought was not mine to have.”
“This is my home for my heart. Deeply grateful”
Over four years, people have described finding more self-compassion, more calm, a gentler relationship with themselves, and — more than anything — a sense of safety they had not felt before. Some have been coming for years and say it has become the one place they consistently feel understood. Others joined recently and already feel something shifting.
This library holds all of it — free to watch, listen to, and read at any time. You can start anywhere. Follow what calls to you. And if something opens as you explore, you are welcome to join the next live session.
