Transform Self with IFS

A structured journey to work with protective parts, reduce overwhelm, and build inner leadership and self-trust—at a pace that honors your system.
What’s Included:

  • Six 1:1 IFS Sessions (75 minutes each): Six intensive sessions (typically over 3 months) via Zoom scheduled bi-weekly.

  • Personalized Healing Plan: We will identify your goals and the parts of you that need healing or support. Each session builds on the previous one .

  • Tools & Practices: Between sessions, you’ll receive gentle exercises to deepen your connection with yourself.

  • Email Support: I am available via email for brief check-ins or questions between our sessions, ensuring you feel supported throughout your journey.

Biofield Tuning Journey Energy Reset

Sound-based Biofield Tuning (3 sessions)

A calming, body-led process using tuning forks to support nervous-system regulation, release stored stress patterns, and restore a sense of balance.
What’s Included:

  • Three Biofield Tuning Sessions (60 min each): A series of 3 one-hour sessions (scheduled fortnightly or at your pace). The multi-session format allows cumulative balancing of your energy field – each session builds on the previous, going a bit deeper into clearing stuck energy and reinforcing your body’s natural resilience.

  • Personalized Energy Assessment: We’ll begin by identifying areas of imbalance or tension – whether you’re struggling with anxiety, fatigue, or physical pain. Across the sessions, I’ll use tuning forks to target these areas and rebalance your nervous system.

  • Progress Tracking: After each session, we’ll discuss any shifts you felt. You’ll receive simple self-care tips to help integrate the healing between sessions.

  • Holistic Benefits: Biofield Tuning can yield improvements in sleep, mood, and physical wellbeing – clients often notice reduced stress, better digestion, improved immunity, and relief from tension in the body. This journey is an opportunity to gently retune your entire system for optimal health.

Couple Transformation with IFIO

IFIO-informed couples work (6 sessions)

Engage in a 6-session journey for two, based on Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) – a powerful IFS-based approach to couples work. IFIO encourages compassion and courage between partners, helping you both feel safe enough to connect and openly express your needs. Through guided exercises, you’ll learn to shift communication patterns from frustration or blame into understanding and trust, changing the dynamic from conflict to connections. As each of you gains more access to your authentic Self, positive transformation in the relationship unfolds naturally, fostering a stronger, more loving bond.
What’s Included:

  • Six Couples Therapy Sessions (90 minutes each): Six joint sessions (approximately 1.5 hours each, typically bi-weekly). Longer sessions ensure both partners have time to be heard and to do meaningful work in each meeting. Across the series, we’ll cover essential stages: from initial assessment of your relationship’s needs and strengths, through skill-building in communication, to a concluding session that solidifies new understandings.

  • IFIO-Based Coaching: Each session uses IFIO techniques to help you both recognize your “protector” parts(defensive reactions like anger, withdrawal, etc.) and learn to speak from a place of vulnerable truth instead. I will facilitate exercises where you practice responding to each other with curiosity and compassion rather than reactivity.

  • Personalized Couple Exercises: Between sessions, you’ll receive gentle exercises or conversation prompts to practice at home. These might include journaling individually about your feelings, then sharing with your partner, or doing a simple mindfulness exercise together. Such practices reinforce the progress from our sessions in your daily life.

  • Outcome-Focused: By the end of this journey, you can expect to have improved communication habits, a deeper understanding of each other’s inner worlds, and renewed intimacy. The structured six-session format gives your relationship the time and consistency needed for real change to take hold. (Committing to multiple sessions is key – many therapy practices offer 6+ session packages for couples, as true healing “takes a big step toward change” through ongoing work).
