Accept Who I Am

A guided meditation for making peace with who you are

This guided practice offers a place to rest for the part of you that has been working hard to be different, better, or more acceptable than it currently feels. It doesn't ask you to fix anything. It simply makes room for you to be met exactly as you are.

Best used when: you feel at war with some part of yourself — a difference, a limitation, a way you're wired — and you're tired of wishing you were someone else.

Self-acceptance is often treated as something you arrive at once you've changed enough, healed enough, or explained yourself well enough. This meditation works the other way. It doesn't wait for a reason. It simply offers the felt experience of being accepted now — not despite who you are, but as you are.
